Questions about nutrition coaching.
What if I miss a check-in?
If you miss a check-in, let Aisling know as soon as possible. The aim is to keep your support flexible and realistic, so you can pick up the conversation at the next available opportunity.
Is the programme fully online?
Yes. Nutrition coaching is delivered online, so you can work with Aisling wherever you are based. Your coaching, check-ins, and support are designed to fit around your routine.
What’s the minimum commitment?
The minimum commitment is six weeks. This gives you enough time to build new habits, review what is working, and create progress that is more sustainable than a short-term reset.
When can I start?
After you submit an enquiry, Aisling will be in touch with the next available start date and details of the onboarding process. If spaces are currently full, you can join the waitlist.
Do I need to follow a specific diet?
No. ElevateYou nutrition coaching is not based on rigid meal plans or cutting out entire food groups. The focus is on building an approach that suits your goals, preferences, lifestyle, and relationship with food.
Can nutrition coaching help alongside personal training?
Yes. Nutrition coaching can support your training by helping you build eating habits that work around your activity level, recovery, energy needs, and everyday schedule.
Is nutrition coaching suitable during pregnancy or postpartum?
Nutrition coaching can provide practical lifestyle support during pregnancy and postpartum. For clinical nutrition needs or medical concerns, Aisling will recommend that you also speak with an appropriate healthcare professional.
